The route leads through the picturesque landscape of Dobbiaco. We walk up to where the symphonies of the great composer Gustav Mahler still resound. Then we walk through the important wildlife park and at the first of the four stations you will be shown how milk depends on the conditions in which the cows are reared and grazed.
At the second station you can taste jacket potatoes of various historical and rare varieties.
At the third, we will let you taste different types of smoked bacon, made directly by Hans from the Weberhof.
At the latter, you will be served lunch at the Klaudehof, based on veal and vegetables from the farmer, prepared by Chris over an open fire. This will be a delicacy to remember.
Local South Tyrolean wines and beer from Villabassa accompany the meal.
